Reconciliation and allocation

Broker ledger activity is ultimately dependent upon the ability to clear receipts and allocate payments to the relevant invoices.

In the vast majority of cases, this will be routine and straightforward. However, in situations where it is not, our experts offer customers proven skills in reconciling associated documentary evidence, indicating why full reconciliation may not be possible.

We then raise queries with the relevant party – which may be the client, underwriter or associated business unit or branch – to make matters clear.
