Xchanging is a leading provider of project based technology consulting and professional services. We customize software, we write the code, we maintain the applications. Our Application Services extend from the management and maintenance of existing software installations, through the migration of complex legacy systems, to the creation and installation of personalized application products.

We apply our proprietary 6-Stage Product Development Framework to application services across the product lifecycle; proven end-to-end in the Insurance sector with the market-leading Xuber Insurance Software and in other vertical markets worldwide including Mobile Banking, Stock Brokerage, Banking and Logistics.

We provide end-to-end Test Lifecycle Management services; with proven IP that reduces testing costs through automation by 25% over three years. We deliver up to 85% test coverage and we have been able to increase testing automation by 90%.

Mission Critical Applications Management is what we live for. We are able to maintain high availability applications to 99.5%. While our competitors typically insist on year-on-year price increases for service provision, Xchanging delivers a proven reduction in cost per customer issue of 10% over 3 years, improving productivity by 5% year-on-year.

The National Outsourcing Association (N.O.A.), the center of excellence for outsourcing, has awarded Xchanging ‘Best Outsource Project 2013’ for our work with the global market leader in the logistics industry, DHL.

Howden was manually producing, printing and posting a vast number of client statements, which was a time consuming task. Howden’s management team also required more accurate and up-to-date reporting.

SOLUTION

  • eStatements enables Howden to automate the preparation and distribution of client statements.
  • SID Reporting Tool provides the ability for Howden to extract critical information from a central SQL database, and produce tailored reporting for its management team.
