  • Offshoring
    We have proven expertise in offshoring a range of processes or back office services for our customers. This delivery option can produce significant business benefits for the customer including cost reduction, consolidation of a particular process or service, access to talent pools, activation of a ‘follow the sun’ operational model, a focus on core business activities and improved quality.
  • Outsourcing
    In an outsourcing contract, we use one of our proven and respected existing platforms to provide the customer with a complete end-to-end process or service. By creating economies of scale and using standardised processes, we are able to meet customers’ demands for efficiency and quality.
