April 2002 - Xchanging, the UK's leading pure-play business process outsourcing (BPO) company, has appointed Andrew Bester as its new Chief Financial Officer. Before joining Xchanging, Andrew (36), was a Director in the Global Corporate Finance division of Deutsche Bank. During his 6 years within the broader Deutsche Bank group he led the Pan-European Investment Banking practice in both the Business and IT Services sectors.
Andrew is a Chartered Accountant by profession and has also worked for Standard Chartered Bank, Deloitte & Touche and PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Xchanging operates world class HR, procurement, customer administration and accounting services. It takes entire back-offices, specific functions, or particular business processes and turns them into a fit-for-purpose service. Clients include BAE SYSTEMS and Lloyds' of London.
