Xchanging has hired Stewart McCulloch, the former CEO of Lockton International, as Implementation Director. Reporting to Steven Beard, Xchanging's Head of Insurance, Stewart’s remit will be to drive an ambitious programme of development across Xchanging’s insurance businesses.
Stewart commented: "I am extremely excited to be joining Xchanging at a time when the issues that the business leads on, those of improving service and reducing cost, are so high on every CEO’s agenda across the insurance industry."
Steven Beard added: "We are always keen to assimilate senior talent and Stewart brings valuable experience, energy and profile to our leadership team. Stewart starts work on July 1st and will play a decisive role in our efforts to continuously improve our services."
Formerly the CEO of Lockton International, McCulloch led the sale of Alexander Forbes Risk Services that created the Lockton International business in 2006. Prior to that role he was the Service Development Director for Willis. He has contributed widely to London Market Reform and has been a member of both the LMBC and the MRG.
