Xchanging Announces Procurement Outsourcing Contract with Heywood Williams

February 2002 - Xchanging, the leading UK business process outsourcing company, is in the process of finalising a procurement outsourcing contract with Heywood Williams, the leading international building products company.
"This deal is a further step towards delivering on our strategy of non-core disposals and improving our competitiveness to more effectively exploit our leading UK market positions," says Ian Stuart, Heywood Williams Group CEO.

The contract is expected to cover a number of categories of indirect and direct spend including, advertising, marketing, car fleet, steel, aluminium and zinc.
