Xchanging receives Chairman’s Award from BAE Systems

LONDON, 25 October 2010 – Xchanging (LSE: XCH), one of the largest and fastest growing business processors has received a Bronze Chairman’s Award from BAE Systems for its implementation of the Enhanced Resourcing Service (ERS) solution. This solution has been implemented across BAE Systems’ UK operations for the fulfilment and management of all temporary labour demands.
The Chairman’s Award scheme is BAE Systems’ principal employee recognition programme, which also acknowledges the efforts and achievements of BAE Systems’ partners and customers in delivering benchmark performance, and furthering the company’s values. Nominations are adjudicated through a tiered process involving Bronze, Silver and Gold Awards.
ERS is a web based application and forms an integral part of the resources procurement service provided by Xchanging. ERS significantly outperforms the previous platforms that were used for contractor recruitment and management by BAE Systems. It allows faster and a more flexible and transparent system for all stages of temporary resourcing. Implemented over a year ago, the platform has had zero downtime and runs efficiently, greatly enhancing the users’ experience.
