Xchanging Expands Business Development Team

London, UK - 4 April 2002 - Xchanging, the UK's leading pure-play business process outsourcing (BPO) company, is expanding its Insurance Services business development team with two new appointments.
Dave Garratt (34), joins Xchanging as Business Development Manager, Insurance Services. He brings extensive business development knowledge and experience of both the Lloyd's and Company Markets from his previous position with the SVB Group and Hiscox plc. He has also spent 10 years working in the Company Market.
Richard Stace (28), will be working along side Mr Garratt as part of the business development team. Previously, Mr Stace spent 4 years as a reinsurance broker before completing an MBA at Cranfield School of Management where he focused on strategic management and corporate marketing.
