LONDON, 13 January 2011 – Xchanging (LSE: XCH), a global business processor, has appointed James Kruger as Global Head of Implementation. James' remit includes delivering major change programmes and implementing best practice methodologies across Xchanging. He will be based in London and will report to Kerry Purcell, Head of Asia Pacific.
James has a strong background in delivering strategic technology programmes in large organisations. He joins Xchanging from Barclays Global Retail Bank in London where he was Global Head of the Programme Management Practice. James was responsible for developing this practice for Barclays. With more than 400 people in locations around the world, this practice delivers services to the global banking divisions. Prior to Barclays, James has worked with HBOS/Lloyds Banking Group, Arval PHH, part of BNP Paribas, Mercedes, BMW, Volkswagen and Toyota, managing large scale change management projects.
