Xchanging appoints Global Head of Claims Management Services

LONDON, 03 November, 2010 - Xchanging (LSE: XCH), one of the largest and fastest growing business processors has appointed Jane Tutoki as Global Head of Claims Management Services. Jane will join the Xchanging Management Board and report directly to David Andrews, CEO of Xchanging.
In this new role, Jane will be responsible for maximising business opportunities and leveraging synergies across the Xchanging claims businesses globally. This appointment is part of Xchanging’s objective to develop its global claims handling expertise. Claims management is a key service area for Xchanging, where the company has developed intensive Intellectual Property (IP) and provides services to customers across various geographies and industry sectors. Xchanging has claims expertise in the US, UK, Australia and India, where it handles specialty claims, credit card and warranty card claims, and sickness benefits claims (workers’ compensation).
A qualified lawyer, Jane brings with her a wealth of claims and commercial experience. She joins Xchanging from Zurich Financial Services where she held a number of roles including Chief Claims Officer for North America Commercial and Global Chief Claims Officer. Prior to Zurich, Jane was at Farmers Insurance Group and Hartford Financial Services.
