London, UK - August 2002 - Talisma Corporation, one of the emerging leaders in the CRM market today announced that its flagship Service solution has been selected by Xchanging to be incorporated into peopleportal, a fully integrated service delivery platform developed by Xchanging.
Xchanging is a leading pure-play Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company operating Human Resources, Procurement, Customer Administration and Accounting Services for corporate clients, taking responsibility for the entire back office function or a particular business process and managing it for them.
