New Xchanging Insurance Services Office

14 March 2002 - Xchanging, the UK’s leading ‘pure-play’ business process outsourcing company (BPO) that formed Xchanging Ins-sure Services last year, is expanding its operations in the insurance sector from new offices in Billiter Street, London EC3M 2SS, which opened in January.
The new offices will house employees from the previous London Processing Centre (LPC), Lloyd’s Policy Signing Office (LPSO) & Wise operations and the teams will be working on a programme to expand the range of services offered to brokers and underwriters. The company was formed to provide a single back-office processing service to the London market members.
Xchanging has since added to this, claims management, and claims advisory services through its enterprise partnership Xchanging Claims Services (XCS).
John Benjamin, Managing Director of Xchanging Insurance Services’s comments on the move: "Change in the back-office is imperative for the London Market. There is further value to be gained by removing inefficiencies in the handling of premiums, claims and reinsurance. We now have a team in place that will be providing solutions right across this spectrum, with the goal of turning back office cost into value that improves our clients’ competitiveness."
