Liberata and Xchanging Transform Procurement Landscape with Innovative Outsourcing Partnership

LONDON, September 5, 2006 – Liberata, one of the UK’s leading providers of outsourced business processes, and Xchanging, a leading global business processing services company with particular expertise in procurement, have entered into a five-year procurement outsourcing partnership.
