European Commission Clears Pro-cur, an Enterprise Partnership with BAE Systems to Deliver Procurement Services

BRUSSELS (AFX) - The European Commission said it has cleared a joint venture, called Pro-cur, being set up by General Atlantic Partners unit Xchange BV and BAE Systems PLC.
The joint venture will be active in procurement and outsourcing services, such as car fleet, recruitment, health care, training and stationery, it said.
The deal was cleared under the EU's simplified merger procedure, and no further details were given.
