Appointment of Non-executive Director

Xchanging plc ('Xchanging'), the business process and technology services provider and integrator, announces today the appointment of Bill Thomas to the Board as Non-executive Director. His appointment is effective from 1 December 2011, and he is expected to join one or more of the Board Committees shortly after this.
Bill Thomas has more than 30 years experience in the IT services sector, having worked for over 20 years with EDS and Hewlett Packard in the USA and Europe running the EMEA services business. His early career was spent at Marconi and SD-Scicon.
