Corporate governance

Xchanging plc and its subsidiaries (“Xchanging”) remain committed to the principles of corporate governance applying to UK companies with a premium listing on the London Stock Exchange as set out in the UK Corporate Governance Code (the “Code”).

The Code is published by the Financial Reporting Council and is available from its website (www.frc.org.uk). Xchanging’s compliance with the principles of the Code is addressed in the Corporate governance report which forms part of the 2011 Annual Report.
