The Person – experience & skills:

  • Excellent academic credentials combined with extra-curricular interests; successful candidates are likely to have achieved a minimum of a 2.1 degree (or equivalent)
  • Successful applicants are likely to be graduates of the last few years
  • English speaking (either mother tongue or completely fluent). Fluency in additional languages is advantageous
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with a high attention to detail
  • Can demonstrate both analytical and creative skills
  • Search for opportunities and embrace change
  • Enjoy responsibility and have the ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Like to be challenged and surrounded by people you can learn from
  • Ambitious and can work to clear objectives
  • Have regional and global mobility
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Have a “can do” attitude and display a willingness to go the extra mile
  • Hold a valid right to work in the country to which you are applying
