Introduce a Friend Scheme

Introduce a Friend is an incentive scheme which invites all Xchanging employees to participate in the external recruitment process. When a new colleague joins, the referrer will receive a reward based on the starting salary of the new starter.

Employee Support Programme

The Employee Support Programme (ESP) offers employees and their close family members independent help and advice on a range of topics. Where this scheme exists, it will be an entirely confidential service provided by a third party supplier. Xchanging cannot access any personal data that employees share with the Employee Support Programme providers.

Childcare Voucher Scheme

In applicable countries, Xchanging operates a salary sacrifice scheme, which means that an employee formally agrees to a reduction to their taxable salary and instead receives that amount (equivalent to the reduction) in childcare vouchers. These vouchers are exempt from tax and NI contributions.

Privilege Purchase Club

The Privilege Purchase Club allows our people to enjoy savings on a wide range of cooking, refrigeration and laundry products from the market leading brands of Hotpoint, Indesit, Cannon and Creda. The programme provides for free home delivery and collection of old appliances (excluding refrigeration) to mainland addresses in the relevant country that the scheme operates in.

Vauxhall Associate Partners

Staff and pensioners of the company and their immediate family members can access the Vauxhall Associate Partners Programme which offers a discounted purchase scheme offering savings on new Vauxhall, Saab or Chevrolet vehicles in the relevant country.

BenefitSpace

BenefitSpace is a website where staff can find out more information about the growing range of voluntary benefits available to Xchanging employees and their families in the relevant country. The benefits offered are regularly reviewed to ensure that they are highly competitive in the market place and, as they become available, new products and services are added to the portfolio.
